LQE (Lead Qualification Engine) is a Jubilant UX strategy assignment for sales and marketing—covering how teams see leads, qualify them, and follow up.
Sales and marketing needed lead visibility, qualification, and follow-up in one place—without losing context between the list and the next contact.
I participated in UX strategy for LQE—helping shape lead visibility, qualification, and follow-up flows in Figma and HTML/CSS, and collaborating with product and engineering. This was strategy and interface support for the assignment, not sole ownership of research or implementation.
Contributed to how visibility, qualification, and follow-up relate as one lead path.
Supported interface structure so lead context stays close to the next contact action.
Worked in Figma and HTML/CSS with product and engineering on this separate Jubilant assignment.
The cover already maps the lead journey—from new enquiry through qualify and prioritize to an informed follow-up. Approach work kept that path readable for the people who use it.
The emphasis for LQE is lead context and follow-up—keeping qualification close to the record and the next contact step close to that decision.

Qualification decisions sit with the lead record so sales and marketing share the same evidence.
The next contact step stays one hop from visibility and qualification—not a separate rebuild of the story.
The assignment produced UX strategy and interface support for LQE lead visibility, qualification, and follow-up—in Figma and HTML/CSS—for collaboration with product and engineering.
